Education

A native Nevadan, Mr. Clary graduated with honors from Las Vegas High School in 1960 and attended the University of Nevada in Reno, 1960-1962. Mr. Clary then relocated to Washington, D.C., where he received his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from American University in 1965 and 1967, respectively.

Mr. Clary periodically attends legal seminars on securities law and other subjects in compliance with the State Bar of Nevada's annual Continuing Legal Education requirements.
